I came in needing sheet music reproduced and he recommended a nifty binder, inexpensive but nice to help elevate things. He was nice to me and my bicycle. He even wished me a safe journey home on my bike! I noticed the way he treated every customer. He deserves solid kudos for his helpfulness as a manager and his kindness as a human being.
