Instead of helping, the employee insisted that I purchase a roll of tape for $5 just to close the package. For something that would have taken a few seconds and a tiny piece of tape, this felt unreasonable and unnecessary. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the representative. The employee was rude and dismissive rather than helpful. Customer service at a post office should at least be respectful, especially for such a simple request. Overall, the experience felt unhelpful and unfriendly. I hope management improves customer service and considers more reasonable solutions for small issues like sealing a package.

My wife and I took off from work, and delayed my kid in school to make it there for his passport renewal. We arrived at 10:30am and had all the documents needed. She refused us and lied saying they only accept walk-ins until 10 am. There was nobody behind us with a passport appointment. Yet, she didn't want to do it. Left and got home, checked the website again turns out they were suppose to accept walk-ins until 10:30am. This is why people hate such institutions. Lazy, unfriendly people with no skills. Just wasting everyone's time!
