I was literally the ONLY person in line - there were 3 people at the counter - and they continued talking among themselves and ignored me completely. 2. The lobby is never stocked with items like labels, priority envelopes, etc. I go sometimes after closing and use the self-mailing kiosk ... the racks with supplies are always EMPTY. I've had to run to CVS around the corner to get mailing supplies. This location is a joke.

- JGJordan GiddensAug 3, 20251.0The employees here literally empty the package dropbox maybe once every 3 to 6 months swear on my life… I can’t even begin to count how many times I have gone out of my way to drop off a package and get there only for the dropbox to not be able to be opened. You would think somebody would empty the dropbox, but I guess not. Moving to self service kiosks but once you get your label, you can’t even drop it off… Make it make sense!
