Attendant (only one) talked about many things other than mail to each person - asking questions requiring responses and pauses in shipping process , then one person with a marijuana t shirt (prompting attendant to comment on that) needed a package retrieved from his PO Box. Attendant went in the back twice searching for 9 minutes. Had not listened to marijuana guy properly - then more conversation about where to find marijuana. When I finally got to the counter- I had 10 first class envelopes needing postage - attendant said I’d have to wait until all people behind me were served and the office almost closed. I ship daily and have never had a worse experience with unprofessional service
