every last trackable package for a month straight has arrived in richmond, then immediately sent back out of state only to take several extra days to return. and they blame midwest weather despite the fact the entire process from start to finish was east coast. really sad how inefficient it is.

I went on a non busy weekday and there was a lightskin lady with a mask on, glasses, and a wig (don't know her name)but she sounded like she was from New York or somewhere up north. She was very rude and unsettling talking to customers, I almost wanted to call corporate on her. She was unnecessarily mean to me because I didn't know certain information so I kept a peaceful tone of voice and said I had to come back. There was an older man in front of me who also was asking a question and she stated "why you bringing me that for" in a mean tone of voice, like how dare you talk to people like that. This job obviously isn't for her and if I got to see her again and she acts the same way she did I swear I will escalate it.

I would love to give this place five stars, but let me address why I will not. I had a little bit of a wait in the lobby, but I can deal with that. When the gentleman came out to help service me, I was baffled by what took place during checkout. One of the prompts on the screen, asks you how your service was accompanied by three circle faces. One is red for poor service, yellow for mediocre and green for good. When that screen popped up, the gentleman immediately reached over and clicked on the green circle, as if he was just helping me to clear the screen. So basically, he was skewing the numbers in terms of how they’re rated for their service. Absolutely not OK.
