Not only did package not arrive, the notice said additional information was needed and that I should have been contacted. My second mistake was calling customer service. There was a significant language barrier (Ray Charles directing traffic level bad). I was impressed with how little he was able to tell me about my package. He didn't know where it was, what additional information was needed or when it would arrive. I have no idea how a company can be so incompetent.
