- KNK NSep 19, 20231.0Mail person sent my medicine back to express scripts saying that a forwarding order had expired. Been at the same address for two years so I didn’t have a forwarding order. I’m guessing it was for previous tenants but he didn’t look at the name. So I have no medicine, it is on its way back to the pharmacy. I’ve been without my meds and been sick. I’ve been told to call my doctor which I have but I guess the mail person doesn’t read names. Incompetent people shouldn’t be delivering mail if they can’t read and make sure names on a form match to the person that lives at an address. Makes wonder what other mail, I am missing.
