Belittled my wife by saying she needed to “stop rambling” when she was calmly trying to explain a very simple issue that we were experiencing, which they could not understand or grasp. They seem to have an inability to comprehend basic elementary level concepts. Im sure not everyone here is this incompetent, but I know of 3rd graders who are more capable than the people we dealt with.
