Took forever to get straight answers even though I was paying for the extra service. Then she apologized to the customer behind me for the delay when it was her incompetence that wasted MY time. I love supporting the US Post Office, but today the service was terrible. They should train their staff to understand the basics of their job and have more than one staff member present so paying customers aren’t treated like inconveniences.
