But I have a huge complaint about this particular establishment- the parking lines in the parking lot, and the overall general appearance. It's a big building with an overall decent design. Maybe the pillars in the front entrance should be pressure washed and the windows accompanying said pillars cleaned or replaced. This establishment cost way too much money to let it appear anything other than at least decent. I think with some pressure washing of the building and sidewalks, killing of the weeds in the parking lot and sidewalks, and NEW PARKING LINES that this would be a building I'd be proud to say my tax dollars paid for.

I paid to have a letter size package ship 2 day priority from Bridgewater to Newport News, VA on the 24th of June. Today is July 3rd and the package has yet to arrive at its destination. I could have just slapped a stamp on it and it probably would be there already. Not to mention saving an additional $55 that I was charged from the business that I sent the package to because they haven't received it yet. Why did this have to even go out of state to San Antonio, Texas? A scam like everything else to get your money & then customer service won't even offer a refund or other solutions.
