I waited 45 minutes just to receive an order that was already prepared and supposed to be ready for quick pickup. This is also the third time in the last six months that I’ve dealt with long wait times at this location. Despite only a few customers ahead of me, the line moved slowly, and the staff showed very little urgency or organization. What makes it more frustrating is that management seems to have no concern at all, considering there are already numerous previous reviews describing the same issues, yet nothing has changed. A pickup order should be one of the fastest services available, but this store continues to fall far below expectations. I hope these ongoing problems are finally addressed.

Like come one staples do better They are also charge 78$ more then the price and mom was using two cards and claimed declined the cashier didnt do nothing to help us out at all they carried more about their self phone
