  I have been to this store many times and the older lady has poor customer service skills. If she doesn't want to deal with the public then I would suggest she not work at the counter. My wife has had the same service from her at different times, she is very rude. The box was untapped and she asked sharply...do you have any tape. I said no, that is why I came here. $2 later for three pieces of tape, it is obvious I will not return.

  The staff is very unprofessional and argumentative. They charge $1.99 to open an email for a shipping label then another 25¢ to print it. Worth it to drive to Roanoke for future needs.

  I had an easy, fast experience at the Hardy, Va. store. The clerk knew exactly what to do with my DirecTV item returns. She was friendly and I would not hesitate to use this store again. So happy you are in the community!
