    Since these last few snowfalls hit, we haven't been getting anything delivered. Our mailbox and our drive at our gate is cleared. We have picked up packages at the PO every day this week. We now have a "final" on a package and we were there YESTERDAY! We have a huge parcel box at road. I'm about to leave our gate open and let them start bringing them to the house again! Come on, please do better!

    If I could give zero stars I would . The mail person always use the same excuse for not delivering packages that do not fit in the mailbox. Nobody home that’s a lie there is someone here all the time, lie #2 no where to leave the package. I’ve complained but it does no good the post master always defend the carriers as if they don’t do anything wrong. You should remember Benjamin Franklin’s motto for the postal service. after all he did create the postal service. If you can’t follow the motto find another job. Look it up postal carriers it’s obvious you don’t know it.

    We have a box at our back door for packages. It says so in the box. All packages are left in there by USPS Fed ex Amazon etc. I received an delivery yesterday that was documented as "left INSIDE the mailbox " It was sitting on the wet ground by the mailbox. If things dont fit in the mailbox at the end of the drive PLEASE BRING TO THE BACK DOOR AND LEAVE IN BROWN BOX marked for deliveries.

    I feel sad that the quality of service has gone down hill through out the years. I know how hard this business is as I have family in the Postal Service. I really hope this last complaint will help. I have Christmas gifts being returned and I cannot get them back in time for Christmas. I feel so bad for my son not being able to get his wish list items.
