  After traveling nearly 20 miles to ship a parcel, there's a hand written note on the door stating "No internet. Closed until Monday ". I would think a business closing unexpectedly could at the very least note this on their website. And while I'm figuring out the location of the next closest UPS store, no less than 6 vehicles also arrived, finding that this location was closed and equally disappointed. I would think an organization like UPS would simply do better. After multiple issues at this location, I'll just drive to Roanoke instead.

  Started going here a few months ago. Service is top notch and super fast. Robert is very helpful and will help you in any way, Highly recommend this store!!

  I use this location frequently and always have a good experience. Extremely friendly employees and great service. Today was quite the opposite. I have never seen the woman working there. She barely greeted us. We had two returns to ship with QR codes. Both companies stated to bring the items to the UPS store unboxed. She dismissed me with the first return stating it needed to be packaged. Instead of offering to SELL a box to me, she just stood there staring at me. So she does not have any customer service skills AND does not seem to be interested in making money for the business she works for. I would have happily paid for a box if it meant my return was completed. She does not need to work with the public. Very unimpressed with her overall.

  I have used this location many times & always receive the greatest customer service. The employees are considerate, most helpful every time I've been. Keep up the awesome work!!
