  The staff is very unprofessional and argumentative. They charge $1.99 to open an email for a shipping label then another 25¢ to print it. Worth it to drive to Roanoke for future needs.

  After traveling nearly 20 miles to ship a parcel, there's a hand written note on the door stating "No internet. Closed until Monday ". I would think a business closing unexpectedly could at the very least note this on their website. And while I'm figuring out the location of the next closest UPS store, no less than 6 vehicles also arrived, finding that this location was closed and equally disappointed. I would think an organization like UPS would simply do better. After multiple issues at this location, I'll just drive to Roanoke instead.

  Very clean and very friendly employees! Make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. They help everyone with anything they need.

  I had an easy, fast experience at the Hardy, Va. store. The clerk knew exactly what to do with my DirecTV item returns. She was friendly and I would not hesitate to use this store again. So happy you are in the community!
