When I called customer service and checked online they said the services for Saturday is 1230-2. The disappointment I felt when I shown up to see there hours have changed to 10-12. So not only did the USPS service plus an hold on my package because the forgot to deliver it. Now I have to wait till Monday to pick up my package now

Ladies and Gentlemen beware of this lady! She is extremely rude to customers and has a nasty way of talking to people. I’ve had issues with her before and today again. She refused to help me. I don’t understand why they have people like this working in places where you need a lot of patience. She was also yelling at an older lady who had a language barrier. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
