- SDSarah DormadySep 4, 20251.0Says it's open between 10am-2pm. No big deal. Walked in at 10:15am and all the windows are shut. Said hello pretty loud and no response.
- GJGerelle JonesJun 19, 20251.0I visited this dirty federal building on June 18, 2025. There is a random crumbly piece of paper slapped on the clerks window stating that they are at lunch from 2 to 3 PM which makes no sense because the building closes at 4:30……who takes their lunch an hour and a half before closing?? Secondly, why make the customer come all the way inside of the building and walk up to the glass desk to inform them that there is no one to help them?? It makes 10x more sense to label that information on the front door and to update it on Google so we don’t waste our time. Finally when Clerk #5, (heavy set, older black woman) whom that she wanted to do her job, so without an apology, she informs me that I need to purchase a bag, which I never had to do at my last visit. The look on her face insinuated that she was shocked that I tapped on the window a few times because I was in a rush and furthermore, she should’ve been at her assigned position when she supposed to. Clerk 5 is rude and needs to switch her position from working with customers to getting inside of a mailbox truck and delivering people’s packages.. That maybe more suitable for her since interacting with humans isn’t quite her specialty.
