And when I go and do business they have always been very nice, friendly and very polite 😁 Have to say this to everyone the postal workers are doing they can to serve others. The problem is you probably. Use your brain 🧠 and find another Postal Office and see if they will do it your way. Stop Complaining! Be Grateful there is a Post Office 🙏✌️

Many throughout my apartment community are dissatisfied with the careless mishandling of delivered packages. Government needs to shut this station down…said what I said.

The person delivering mail to Peninsula Grove Apt just delivers mail and places the packages where every they want to. On our community wall there are so many packages that are missing. Do better.

Its going on 2 weeks and my mail still isnt being delivered NOR did they respond. So, im back up here waiting still waiting for the manager to tell me if my letter was approved or denied. Its going on 25 minutes of waiting with the response "the manager is really busy". I ask can I just pick up my mail now instead of waiting for an unknown amount of time. I was told no, since it's escalated with the manager, "im going to let the manager handle it". Im like I just need to get my mail because it's unfair to have a customer waiting this long with no update, no service to receive my mail. Im waiting for black lady with long braids and I was assisted by lady with curly hair that doesn't go passed the shoulder.

Should’ve went back there and started filing my own passport renewal paperwork. No manager on site? Please fix that, it’s not hard to get organized. Workers try best they can but can’t seem to get it right unfortunately. Skill issue, user error. Do not go here, go to the one closer to PTC instead. Just trying to help out. If you need a functional manager, please seek help!
