USPS not only sent a package of mine to my old VA address, but delivered it to the WRONG HOME and can't even tell me which home it is so I can have a family member pick it up! When the numbers are on a mailbox, how can you screw it up that badly? Not only was it the wrong old home, it is an hold home over 500 miles from where I now live and my change of address has been in their system for MONTHS. USPS keeps telling me to call this office and NO ONE WILL ANSWER. 0 stars.

Never tried to purchase one here so, not sure if this is a new thing or if they never had them and just posted it so customers won't come in to purchase them. Usually pretty empty and very few people in line when there is one, and employees are polite.
