  First time mailing something bigger than a letter from home. The woman that helped me was wonderful. They had everything I needed there which was super helpful. I'll definitely go here again if I need to mail something

  I paid almost 15.00 for a package to be sent . The store associate spelled name wrong put wrong address so package was returned to me. Called 1800 number spoke to them several times they said the driver had no way to contact you. Really?? My number was on the label of page. Then oh but they ask you to verify . I said I realize that but I told the girl I didn't have glasses so I couldn't see it. She could have read it out to me but she didn't. So call the Todds Lane store same questions and basically say they cant return my money or resend the package. They would have to file a claim. This is absolutely the poorest service I have dealt with. Numerous calls still I have the package that was not delivered returned to me and I get a different answer everytime. Given wrong number for corporate, wrong email. They are a franchise and Ups does not stand by thier name. My first time using ups and my last. How many people's money do you keep because without doing the service you were paid for your keeping. I will file a claim . And contact BBB.becsuse you all have given me nothing but issues since last Friday. UPS owner i see you skip over my review with no comment. Why is that?.? YOU want to keep my money when your worker didn't do her job & your Mgr Gina needs better communication skills if lshe is gonna represent your store. She was on speaker others heard her. They also dont return phone calls. I would never use ya'll again. PEOPLE GO TO YORKTOWN MUCH BETTER

  One star because of this one rude lady who treated me so badly today, I had two packages and I really was confused because one had a QR code and one had print out labels, I literally stood there for fifteen minutes waiting to get my labels as she proceeded to do her own stuff. She then gave me one label and said she is not seeing the rest of the print outs. I was perplexed! after 5mins she had the rest of the print outs in her hands and rudely handed them over to me and told me to place them on my package. I was confused on how to place them so I asked her and she kept acting like am bothering her and she did not help me at all, finally she took the packages from me and said "you are not supposed to do that!" again I was shocked and was really getting agitated at this point. I handed over the other package that needed a QR code scanned and she kept asking me "have you sent it?" implying I need to send a label for her to scan. I kept telling her I have a QR code and finally after many failed attempts to try understand why she is treating me that way, she scanned the QR code, I left feeling very frustrated and I really felt like she treated me that way because I have an accent and it seemed like she was trying to understand me but am not going to justify how rude she was to me! that was very unprofessional of her, it doesn't matter if a customer is slow or not, if someone is trying to figure out how to send a package, why can't you show them how to with kindness? I feel very pissed off right now, this is not the way to treat a customer.

  Went on a day where one young lady was left alone (09/24/25). There was a decent line but she got to all of us pretty quickly. She was friendly to me, probably helped that I told her I was sorry Amazon made them put everything in a separate box even though it goes to the same place and she was doing great with no help. Seemed to put her in a better mood. So Todds Lane in Hampton she needs a raise!
