However, because I live closer to Hampton and had a shipping deadline to meet, I stopped by this location today. Although I didn’t have all the necessary materials needed for my shipment, Connie provided exceptional service. She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. I was so impressed that I wrote this review before even leaving the parking lot.

The associate kept cutting me off, kept walking away from me, and had such an awful attitude. It was a woman with a few neck tattoos and glasses. I'm unsure how she got the job, but her customer service skills are atrocious
