    This location is ALWAYS crowded with a line out of the door. No matter what time of the day you go it’s always crowded. Any other location I’m in and out.

    The black girl behind counter was very rude. Must be mad she had to work today. There is an old white woman with bleach blond hair to cover her Grey she is as well very rude. Seems the owners of the store make the a deciding factor to hire you to work there. The one at town center wanted to charge me $3 for a 2 piece of packing tape. These places are not owned by customer service oriented service

    I had a wonderful experience opening a mailbox at this location. The young woman who assisted me was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. Even though the store was busy she didn't make me feel rushed. Thank you!

    I was a customer of this UPS Store location for about five years, and over time my experience with the manager, Gina, has gone from uncomfortable to completely unacceptable. From the beginning, I noticed that she often treated customers in a condescending way and seemed to judge people rather than just provide service. When I brought in important tribal documents to be notarized, she asked intrusive personal questions, read through my private paperwork, and then decided whether she “felt comfortable” notarizing it, instead of simply verifying my identity and following standard notary procedure. That is not her role, and it made me feel disrespected and singled out. Over time I built a good rapport with some of the other employees. I would bring them smoothies, joke around, and genuinely enjoyed working with them. Only after that did Gina suddenly start trying to be friendly with me, even after I had already told her, in front of other customers and staff, that she had been rude to me when I first started coming in and that I hadn’t forgotten how I was treated. I also saw her offend another customer and then turn around and ask me to write her a positive review to offset the situation, which felt very manipulative. The final straw was how she handled my mailbox. While I was on the road for work, the store had always called me in the past when it was time to renew so I could pay and tell them where to forward my mail. Instead of continuing that basic courtesy, my box was closed without any notice at all. No phone call, no email, nothing. For a manager to close a long-term customer’s box like that, knowing I travel for work and rely on that address, shows a serious lack of professionalism and concern. In my opinion, Gina’s behavior toward both customers and employees reflects poor leadership and poor character. She undermines people, talks down to them, and it’s no surprise she seems to have trouble keeping good staff. Because of how all of this was handled, I do not recommend doing long-term business at this location, especially if you are depending on them for important mail or respectful customer service.
