  I arrived at this Ups with 15 packages, unfortunately some were mislabeled, a mess but the clerk working Edwin Franco,was outstanding,he was so kind and even waited on other customers, helped me to get all my labels right and always with a smile and calming me down because I was so upset with myself.I used to go to the Todds lane UPS, but about a year ago I tried this one at Langley and I wouldnt go anywhere else.Never had a situation like today thats why Im writing this.This young man did an outstanding job in assisting me and I really thinks he should be recognized for such an OUTSTANDING JOB!!   I've never run into a line/wait here, and the person I always see working is super nice! I'm in and out with returns in a snap. They also take USPS if it's pre packed and pre paid which is very convenient.

  Got phenomenal service from Patrick today! Returned a Nuuly with the wrong label on it and was able to call him and have him swap it for me to make sure it made it back on time and we were not charged. Would recommend this store to anyone on base!
