Fed ex does not listen to their customers it's bas d some on the word of the driver. The driver fraudulently put down he attempted to deliver the package several times that was false. Fed ex does not allow for complaints or allows anyone to speak with supervisor. I have been complain none stop since they had my package nothing was done. I did not get a new delivery driver. I have yet to lay eyes on my product. Now I have to wait for the packs to go back through the system befor I can even get a refund for a product I never received.
