    Review is for FedEx in general. Not sure why companies still use FedEx. It's not cheaper and they often use unreliable 3rd party partners to move packages. There's also a glaring issue with tracking accuracy. Almost every package I have sent to me using FedEx does not arrive on the delivery date. I've gotten used to seeing the delivery date and expecting it wont arrive until a day or two after. I currently have a package just sitting in AZ for over 3 days. The tracking says delivery date is today, but the package is still sitting in AZ. The tracking even has the audacity to say "arriving early" like they're patting themselves in the back for something they are completely incapable of doing. They are like the Donald Trump of shipping companies. Gloating without backing it up with reality. Why do they even bother giving a delivery date when it means nothing? What would be more accurate is "it's on the way, and it will get there eventually, maybe."

    One Star – Unacceptable and Dishonest Delivery Practices FedEx’s service is completely unacceptable. A driver falsely marked my package as “delivery attempted” when I was home all day and no attempt was made whatsoever. No knock, no door tag, no vehicle — nothing. This was a lie, plain and simple. Even more frustrating, this package does NOT require a signature, so there is absolutely no reason it couldn’t have been left at my porch if a real attempt had occurred. Falsifying delivery attempts instead of doing the job correctly is inexcusable. Customer service only made matters worse — poor communication, no accountability, and zero urgency. With Christmas tomorrow, FedEx’s failure has left me without multiple gifts, creating stress and disappointment that was completely avoidable. FedEx needs to seriously address driver accountability, accuracy in tracking updates, and customer service standards. This experience has been beyond frustrating and deeply unprofessional. DO BETTER!

    If I could do ZERO starts I would! This center failed to deliver my package then told me they would hold it for pick up. I drove a hour to get my package and was told they could find my package and to file a claim

    This Fedex is a joke, I've had a package sitting in limbo for 12 days now that keeps getting marked "couldn't deliver to business" even though its a residence which just shows the incompetent driver hasn't even stopped at the house. Happened to get the truck on the ring as I was taking out the trash. No phone number to get a hold of anyone cause you know you suck, wise move!

    Attempted to deliver my package yesterday and canceled last minute due to weather, understandable. What is not understandable, is the inability to be transparent and update on status of delivery today. Not only did they not attempt deliver my package, the company refused to update my status nor make adjustments to deliver my package. Seeing how it is the time of year for mass shipping for the holidays, you think the person in charge of logistics and management makes the appropriate adjustments to ensure the needs of service are met. Either there needs to be an update to policy for those in charge and the stakeholders, training for management or just outright re-access leadership.
