- JLJohnny LaneApr 5, 20251.0I never had any problems with USPS in Grundy until yesterday. Two packages were supposed to arrive that day. I know this because both said they en route to my apartment. I then get the notification that one of the packages were delivered by the carrier and picked up by an individual at 11:22 am on 4/11/2025. I check my porch and there’s nothing. I call USPS customer service and the agent tells me that the first package was sent to entirely different address than what was on the package. I found out two hours later that the second package was also delivered by the carrier and picked up by an individual at 2:37 pm on 4/11/2025. Still nothing on my porch. I call USPS customer service again, and not only does this agent confirm that the first package was supposedly at another address but that also the second package was also at an entirely different location. Either the mail person is stealing these packages or they’re “losing” them so that they can go home sooner. Apparently, I’m not the only in the reviews who is having this problem. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Guarentee you'll get a notification saying Delivery Attempted - must come to office to pick up. and they never even get out of their vehicles. Absolute joke.

When I graduated law school and got out of this town I was so happy simply because I never had to interact with the slow staff at this office. The manager called me a liar and refused to give me my mail until I made him pull the registration info and point out my own signature on MY OWN box. An employee lied to me saying it took two weeks to get a new postal key made, when they had extras available at the very moment in the back. Awful customer relations.
