- AAAleighDec 10, 20241.0The carrier decided they didn’t wanna do their job yesterday and marked my residence as “vacant”. Their explanation was that to their knowledge that the resident was deceased. My grandmother passed 4 years ago….we still have been receiving mail here and not in her name. But I had mail in the mailbox yesterday in my name, so I’m confused. I received 2 packages in the last month here. Then when I go for help, all I get is a “sorry.” So now I’m without Christmas presents because they decided they didn’t wanna deliver a package.
- KKKadejaNov 19, 20241.0They are very rude and not willing to help at this post office! If you have any issues, don’t expect for them to trouble shoot or go the extra mile because they won’t. The Post master is horrible and doesn’t like to do her job either. She will act like it’s on you if they misplace your package rather than trying to resolve. She also doesn’t show any empathy and clearly don’t want to do her job. Also, don’t call first thing in the morning because their “systems” won’t be up and she doesn’t want to help.
