- AAAleighDec 10, 20241.0The carrier decided they didn’t wanna do their job yesterday and marked my residence as “vacant”. Their explanation was that to their knowledge that the resident was deceased. My grandmother passed 4 years ago….we still have been receiving mail here and not in her name. But I had mail in the mailbox yesterday in my name, so I’m confused. I received 2 packages in the last month here. Then when I go for help, all I get is a “sorry.” So now I’m without Christmas presents because they decided they didn’t wanna deliver a package.

Box since we aren't provided a mail box of our own, however I have to pay for mine and have been paying for one for 6 years. I've been told they have a new Postmaster, but don't expect help or anything "free" from him because "he's not one to be messed with" (LMAO) I've asked to speak with him several times but am always told "he's on an important call" the lady attending the counter today didn't care less about my situation. Please don't ask me to reach out to the Post Office thru Facebook, I don't do social media.

Caught an attitude when I said she messed up and caused unnessasary problems and she didn't care because it doesn't effect her.
