- SHScott HarrisonFeb 2, 20261.0I had to replace my PO box key. I was told it would take 2 weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks, I went in to get it. I was told it hadn't arrived. They had no idea when and couldn't call or inquire with anyone to find out the status. Furthermore, they wouldn't advise me when it arrived. I would have to come in to check!
- VPVal PaulsonDec 31, 20255.0I went to go renew my passport at around 3:45pm. I was doing it last minute and with no appointment. Walk in hours for passports was 9am-10am. A very kind gentleman by the name of Mr. Pham did my passport renewal anyways. He was incredibly kind and accommodating and saved me a lot of time and energy as I was doing it last minute. He was very helpful.
