I went in for fingerprints, not having any luck at the Ashburn location. I got to the Great Falls location a little after 9 on a Saturday morning and was quickly helped! No hours spent standing around waiting in line! The staff is incredibly helpful and patient. I highly recommend this location for the fingerprint services.
