We had our preprinted labels ready and simply needed a small piece of tape—just a few inches—to secure them, but we were turned down. Instead, we were asked to pay an extra $2 per package on top of all the UPS charges we were already paying. Feeling disappointed and discouraged, we decided to leave and tape the packages ourselves. This has never happened to us at any other shipping store or UPS location. Very disheartening experience.
