The letter was to be received by the addressee ONLY——nobody else was to accept the letter. I got a card back saying that the letter was signed for and given to another person! I go to my local post office and explained everything and said bring the receipt and we’ll refund you. I got back $7-90 because she said I still had to pay for the Restricted Delivery! The Gordonsville mailman who didn’t do his job properly has cost me $10 and caused me a whole heap of problems.
