- ZOZach OdeonNov 19, 20211.0Quite pathetic how I can expect my packages to left on the grass or by the road with my boxes half open in the rain. This isn’t sometimes this is all the time. The half open part maybe packagers fault, but what’s going on here? Does management say hey leave packages out and on the ground? There are delivery instructions added to my orders that states either the mail box or porch. Yesterday all my boxes were wet from sitting out in the rain. Luckily nothing was damaged, but sometimes I get these boxes in half open looking like a grab bag and if that were the case yesterday, it’d be a waste of time and money which I could get back from returning, but what’s the point. Let’s be proactively better at doing a job rather than reactive about what’s right and wrong here. Otherwise I’m sure FedEx and UPS can handle all the important deliveries. I don’t always have control over how my deliveries come in, so I have to accept this? I hope not.

I get packages held at the post office that are time and temperature sensitive and they always call me in the morning to let me know my package is there.
