I have been to this location at least twenty times and every employee at this branch is patient and kind. During the snowstorm when mail was not able to be delivered, they handled the chaos at the branch well. A package of mine was recently marked as delivered and not in my mail box. I filled out a report and received a phone call AND a resolution on the same day. The mail carrier knew which mailbox my package had been delivered to and was able to retrieve it. That's going above and beyond and I appreciate it!

The little man in the sunglasses who works here was incredibly rude to everyone who had the misfortune of going to his desk. I watched him bungle at least 4 sales by turning people away, and he talked to me like an idiot while also trying to upsell me on shipping. Hope he enjoyed losing another sale. UPS here I come!

Would recommend avoiding interacting with the staff at this location. I was in line for about 20 minutes, and the male staff member, who was wearing sunglasses, was sarcastic and rude to everyone he “helped”. In most cases he turned people away rather than assisting them with shipping packages. The lack of customer service alone is worth paying the premium to use FedEx or UPS.

UPDATE: These ladies got my package to me quick and were patient and responsive! My very important package was not delivered as expected and, of course, my anxiety flew through the roof. After contacting many parties my husband got through to this location and the two ladies working there said they would keep an eye on the package and make sure it is delivered today. Will update when it is! It seems like they’re short staffed and overworked. Unfortunately that’s a corporate issue and these local agent have to bear the brunt of the angry phone calls and pressures to get everything handled on time. We’ll see when I get the package but they did not charge us extra and expressed compassion so I think they could use a little grace.

I sent a package via certified mail to an address less than a mile away, but instead of being delivered the next day, it wasn’t delivered for a week. This only happened after I submitted a Missing Mail Search request. The second time, I explained the previous issue and was assured it wouldn’t happen again. The person at the front desk even said she would personally hand it to the delivery driver. However, after four days, it still wasn’t delivered. When I visited the location again, another employee told me the package had been mistakenly placed in an outside bin instead of the internal outgoing mail, and as a result it was treated as in transit and started routing back. He assured me it would be delivered the next day, but that didn’t happen either. I’ve now submitted another Missing Mail Search request. It’s very frustrating that certified mail sent within such a short distance requires repeated follow-ups and still isn’t handled reliably.
