She communicated with the driver who delivered it at 10am to the store although in the system it showed delivered at 422pm. I called the customer service number and it said my package was picked up around that same time frame. How was my package given out when it required my signature package number and ID for pick up??

However, she did not make me feel uncomfortable or draw attention to my delay in any way. Instead, she warmly reassured me by simply saying, “That’s okay.” Her kindness and genuine warmth immediately put me at ease. She truly made the experience exceptional.

I’d get emails saying my packages arrived then I’d go into store to pick up and it wouldn’t be there. I was simply told it’s just like. I have no other way to know when my packages would actually arrive. I try to go back to follow up and the store has already sent my packages back to sender due to not picking it up, no call, no email, my packages just gone. I was told by an employee at the store that it doesnt matter cause they hold stuff for people longer and dont send it back. The communication here is bad. The service is bad. Nobody is friendly or knowledgeable or even tries to help when you have an issue or to prevent. Theres constantly new people working there that dont know what theyre doing and just tell customers anything. Avoid this place. It seems they just hire anybody and the store services very unorganized and unprofessional.
