Waited 30 minutes in line behind only 3 people because only one employee present, ridiculous. A large post office such as this should be properly staffed.

They have not delivered mail to my residence in over two weeks and this not acceptable at all. You can’t get a straight answer at the local office ever.

Since the big ice and snow storm we have not had mail for 12 days. We went once to pist office and were able to pick up 4 pieces of mail. Then another person from our neighborhood goes and is told the mail is in the truck and the driver has the flu. Clerk said they had no one to get mail out of truck. There is no reason for this latest excuse. On a normal week he skips our cul de sac at least 1 day, sometimes 2. The postal service is horrid from this post office.

The workers are nice there, but I have missing mail (a check) or not receiving mail except one piece in two weeks. I have received important mail for another person. It's very, very slow. I know the workers are overwhelmed. I've been there 16 to 17 times and no mail in my post office box except one piece that wasnt mine. Update: Going on a solid three weeks, no mail in my post office box. It's a disaster at this post office! Where is my mail???

The driver on Woodman Road should be fired. This person is lazy, incompetent, and clearly not capable of doing the job. Mail is constantly shoved into the mailbox with zero care, as if basic motor skills or common sense are optional. Packages are then left by the road not delivered, not secured, just left out by the side of the road Leaving packages out by the road in a packed neighborhood is not a mistake it’s completely lazy and dumb. It shows a complete lack of intelligence, effort, and responsibility. Anyone with half a brain understands that this invites theft and damage. The fact that it keeps happening proves this driver either does not care or is too incompetent to learn. This is not customer service. This is negligence. If someone is this lazy and bad at the most basic requirements of their job, they should not have that job. This issue needs to be addressed immediately, and that starts with removing this driver from the route. Customers should not be forced to tolerate someone who is clearly unfit for the position.
