- RRRob Ruffin5 days ago1.0The customer service here is so bad. I made this my UPS access point. I’d get emails saying my packages arrived then I’d go into store to pick up and it wouldn’t be there. I was simply told it’s just like. I have no other way to know when my packages would actually arrive. I try to go back to follow up and the store has already sent my packages back to sender due to not picking it up, no call, no email, my packages just gone. I was told by an employee at the store that it doesnt matter cause they hold stuff for people longer and dont send it back. The communication here is bad. The service is bad. Nobody is friendly or knowledgeable or even tries to help when you have an issue or to prevent. Theres constantly new people working there that dont know what theyre doing and just tell customers anything. Avoid this place. It seems they just hire anybody and the store services very unorganized and unprofessional.
