    Glen Allen, Brook Rd location is great. Staff is super friendly, helpful and patient. I go there for stamps, Amazon drop off, regular UPS mailing and have used their Notary services. Been going there for 10 yrs since living in the area and have always had a great happy experience. The new self serve Amazon drop off Kiosk is useful as well but since after entering and printing your receipt, packages are left on that particular kiosk counter, I always prefer to directly hand it to a person and not worry that a customer may walk off with it. Otherwise, this is my go to place for all services.

    The friendliness of staff and speed of service was superb especially during the holiday season. The line moved rather swiftly which was surprising. I was in and out within 10 minutes this with the line starting at the door.

    I entrusted them with a time-sensitive package that required prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the package was not sent out as scheduled. It was not shipped until three days later, after they apparently found it still in their store. As a result, it did not arrive when needed, and there was no indication that they acknowledged or cared about the consequences of this delay. I will never use this store again!!!!!!!
