  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store location. I paid $25 to have a package shipped to the Midwest with the help of a store associate. After several days with no tracking updates beyond an initial “store inbound” scan, I contacted UPS customer service. They directed me back to this store, where I was told there was nothing they could do other than submit a claim or tracer. A few days later, the package I paid to have shipped to someone else was delivered back to my own doorstep with my address in the “to” section. I returned to the store expecting either a refund or for the package to be reshipped at no additional cost, since the issue was clearly not on my end. Instead, I was met by a condescending manager who refused to help and insisted I would need to pay again to have it shipped correctly. The store owner was contacted and also declined to assist, repeating that I would have to repay to fix the mistake. They made it very clear that the UPS Store and UPS are separate entities and that their role is essentially to take your payment and apply a label. Any clerical errors or breakdowns in the process, even when not caused by the customer, become the customer’s responsibility. I understand that businesses have policies, but standing behind your service and treating customers fairly should come first. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value accountability and customer service.
