    Everyone there was very helpful and nice. I didn't have to wait at all because there were multiple people there willing to help. Actually, every customer that was there had someone helping them from the store. Every time I go there they are nice, funny and efficient!

    I read the reviews about this store about how wonderful they are and all I can say is wow!! five people in line when I walked in the door and I was literally out of there in less than three minutes! No joke! Thanks UPS!!

    I went in tonight to drop off a package and every single employee in the store made it a point to say hello to me and smile and make great eye contact. It’s few and far between to have such great customer service skills these days. 5 stars to their leadership team & every employee in the store!

    Dropped off my UPS package on Thursday before the driver left the UPS store. Woman took the box and then did not give it to the driver. It was supposed to be delivered by Saturday, now looking at Tuesday at the earliest on an important timely shipment. The receiver now loses three days of work as a result. This store did not take proper care of my package when dropped off. I even watched the woman help the driver leave without my box, not realizing until later that she did not bother to give the driver my box. Very disappointed in the service offered at this UPS store.
