I’m expecting (understandably) tired employees eager to make it home for Christmas Eve. David and Andrew were not these employees. They were so friendly and accommodating I nearly forgot I had been driving around stressed since 9. I had to return a broken item—one that would have been a gift, and they made sure it was set to make it back so I got a refund. I just can’t say enough good things. There wasn’t 1 area they excelled in that I can point out unless that single area is “all around customer service and attitude.” I asked David if there was a survey I could take and I’m so happy he did. He even had a QR code with his name on it. I just wanna make sure Andrew also gets proper credit as well. I don’t know how you track customer service. I know how I do, and now I have a preferred location for shipping even if FedEx has soda when I’m stressed. 10/10 individually, 12/10 as a team.
