  I was beyond stressed and worried about my closing BUT that was BEFORE I met Chris and had him handle my closing! between Chris, Vicky and the rest of the amazing staff at Homeland Title, they helped ease all my worries and concerns, answered all my texts and emails quickly and never made me feel like I was a pain. Quite the opposite! They made me feel valued, respected and appreciated. I will look to use them when I go to buy my next house and every house after that! Don’t use anyone else! They are the absolute best!!!!

  From start to finish, our experience with Home Land was excellent. The team was communicative, patient, and made sure everything was explained clearly. All of our documents were prepared and ready, which made the signing process smooth and stress-free. The office itself was bright, comfortable, and welcoming. During our visit there was an unexpected safety concern in the lobby, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were not affected and felt completely secure throughout our meeting. That level of care really stood out to us. We are so grateful for the team at Home Land—especially Amanda, Matthew, and Stephanie—for walking with us every step. Trustworthy, professional, and supportive, they made our home closing a positive experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a signing agency!

  I have used Homeland Title for three of my personal purchases/sales now. they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I am also a mortgage lender and see a lot... whenever i have the opportunity to introduce Homeland to a realtor partner of mine i do.. from a transactional standpoint they are fantastic to coordinate with to ensure out clients have smooth closings.

  I have worked with Homeland Title for a few years now and I cannot say enough about the high-level service they provide! Chris Shaw approaches each closing with his client’s needs in mind, not his next scheduled appointment. He makes sure that each client is aware of what they are signing and, more importantly, encourages questions. He does not throw a bunch of title jargon around and expect the client to nod in agreement and push the next signature - he takes the time to explain in as much, or as little detail, as each client cares to absorb. Amanda is all around phenomenal and is the engine that keeps the closings moving! Over the years of working with her, she has tackled difficult title issues in ridiculous timelines and does an excellent job of communicating potential issues that may take extra time to resolve EARLY in the process – rather than waiting until the week of closing. It is with the highest level of confidence that I refer Homeland Title to anyone looking to close a real estate transaction. They have earned these 5 stars.

  My last closing was quite complicated, but Laura handled all of the difficulties in stride. I have worked with her on 4 closings and she has always gone the extra mile to accomplish the task at hand. I highly recommend her and Homeland Title. They are my go-to closing agent.
