According to the apartment complex I live in, packages with the wrong name get sent back to the store with FedEx. When we called to get it resolved they told us they couldn’t do anything about it or give us any info about what may have happened upon delivery. They even admitted that their system glitched and that delivery did not occur but because it said it did in the system that they couldn’t help us. Very unhelpful and unfortunately was a costly mistake that was never resolved.
