- KHKasey HamiltonNov 27, 20241.0Mail hasn't been delivered or picked up from my address in two days, went in this morning to pick up a package that states "ready for pick up" but it is no where in sight. The young man working there was very helpful in looking but the lady with long dark hair, Lisa I believe her name is, is VERY rude. Doesn't try to look or even help. Heard her say that, if the package isn't here, then it has been delivered. I made it very clear that my home has a camera posted facing the mail box and it has not been delivered, nor have they stopped just drove past the mailbox when the flag is up waiting for mail to be picked up. Every time we have a package this lady is SUPER rude. Even the young guy working with her said she had been yelling at him. Do better please. It's the holiday season and people would really like their mail and packages on time.
