- JKJanessa KimmelApr 10, 20261.0Horrible! They put a cabinet in a neighbors front yard so they wouldn't have to deliver to the remaining four houses in the cul-de-sac. Lazy. Won't answer the phone. Updates packages before they arrive or they never do.
- TTTinaMar 16, 20261.0The people are nice when you go inside; BUT, do not EVER expect them to deliver your packages. I'll get a msg at 9 AM from Amazon saying my pkg couldn't be delivered, then get a note in my mailbox at 5:30 saying it couldn't be delivered because no one was home. I work from home! I have even driven to PO to pick up my pkg after getting Amazon text, picked up my pkg, THEN get the note in mailbox 6 hours later. That means it never even went into the truck! Had no intention of delivering it. Worst delivery service I have EVER experienced. I have to pay extra to have things shipped UPS if I want to receive them. Would give zero stars if possible.
- KGKim GunsalusFeb 14, 20241.0Gladys post office left my package with the people in front of my house, I'm 77 Collins ferry they are 63 Collins ferry ,needless to say , I never received my package and post office says since we are related to the people in front it's a family dispute.are they not suppose to deliver your mile to the address on it.this is theft .
