The driver refuses to leave my packages at the correct address. My home is properly numbered and yet my packages continue to end up at a neighbors home that has a completely different street name. My packages get left out in the rain and ruined because my neighbor does not have a covered porch. Merchants will not cover to have these things replaced due to this happening on a regular basis. If the carrier would drive down the road a little further and actually take pride and ownership of their work, this would not continue to happen.

When we have a question she is bothered by us asking. We reported it a few times nothing happened. Didn’t get certain packages and the main office said they sent me a letter never got that. I would travel to Amherst and get a P.O. Box there if you need one the lady that was there is at that one now and she great. Very helpful nothing ever goes “missing”. She deserves a raise she goes above and beyond.
