- AMAmanda MooreNov 21, 20191.0Absolutely awful service. Have contacted this location more than several times, filed complaints with the BBB and still no resolution. The driver refuses to leave my packages at the correct address. My home is properly numbered and yet my packages continue to end up at a neighbors home that has a completely different street name. My packages get left out in the rain and ruined because my neighbor does not have a covered porch. Merchants will not cover to have these things replaced due to this happening on a regular basis. If the carrier would drive down the road a little further and actually take pride and ownership of their work, this would not continue to happen.

When we have a question she is bothered by us asking. We reported it a few times nothing happened. Didn’t get certain packages and the main office said they sent me a letter never got that. I would travel to Amherst and get a P.O. Box there if you need one the lady that was there is at that one now and she great. Very helpful nothing ever goes “missing”. She deserves a raise she goes above and beyond.
