Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been smooth, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant — and that’s all thanks to Kim, the incredible manager who truly goes above and beyond. Kim is one of the kindest, most helpful, and understanding people I’ve ever met in a customer service role. She treats everyone who walks through the door with genuine care and respect, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in serving the community. Whether I’m dropping off packages, asking questions, or needing help with something more complicated, Kim always takes the time to make sure I’m taken care of. It’s rare these days to find such warm and personalized service, and it’s made me genuinely look forward to going to the post office — something I never thought I’d say! - LFLiz FOct 29, 20231.0I am visited the area and needed a package delivered to a friends house during my travels. The package arrived at the glade springs post office in the middle of the night on Friday am. So I was excited it got here the day is was supposed to be delivered but it did not go out with the morning mail which was disappointing but I figured it guaranteed it would be delivered on Saturday. It then went out for delivery at 8:02 am Saturday morning I watched the package tracking all day as this contains a medical need, the time just kept extending on delivery and it was never delivered. Now it is Sunday and I am guess the post office does not operate on Sunday in the area. What a horrible experience trying to use the post office to get a needed good.
