- RRRosarioApr 2, 20261.0This post office had the best environment when Jeff, Jasper, Helena and Shameka was there. This post office has declined drastically. I’ve witnessed this new postmaster have screaming sessions and mental breakdowns whenever she chooses to come to work, which I think is quite pathetic for the postal service. When did we lose morals and standards on representation of this brand. There’s been many many reports of the disgrace in this office and of course they had done nothing. DO NOT SHOP here. The new clerk is rude and she has no customer service skills which is required to work the counter and they leave that young guy in there to do everything. I understand why the post office brand is losing money. Because they aren’t doing good with selecting great quality workers. And the ones they have that are great gets treated poorly and unfairly….

When it was my turn, she walked away to get a drink, talked to another lady, and organized her desk, and I didn’t say anything. I waited all that time while she left me standing at her desk. When she finally asked what I needed, she rushed me and didn’t even give me a chance to buy the stamps I was looking for. When I asked her to give me a second to put ONE last stamp in my envelope, she yelled for me to step aside, saying, “Everybody is waiting,” which embarrassed me in front of everyone there. When I was in the parking lot, another customer came up to me and told me, “She was very rude to you.”
