- RFRosane FrizzoDec 22, 20251.0I live next to this place. They used to be very polite, but today the lady was extremely rude. She was also very rude to someone in front of me. When it was my turn, she walked away to get a drink, talked to another lady, and organized her desk, and I didn’t say anything. I waited all that time while she left me standing at her desk. When she finally asked what I needed, she rushed me and didn’t even give me a chance to buy the stamps I was looking for. When I asked her to give me a second to put ONE last stamp in my envelope, she yelled for me to step aside, saying, “Everybody is waiting,” which embarrassed me in front of everyone there. When I was in the parking lot, another customer came up to me and told me, “She was very rude to you.”

Then I received an email that my package was delivered by usps..check pictures. And i sad the lady but only paper left in mailbox.. see pictures and judge by your self..

I purchased a postal scale for $35 at this location. Upon opening the box and connecting the battery, I found that it does not work at all. I took my receipt and the scale and asked to return it. I was told that they did not accept returns or exchanges. I was told to call customer care which was a huge waste of time. When I finally spoke with a representative (in a chat) they told me to call the postmaster at that location. No one answers the phone and then disconnect. So it seems that I simply threw away $35 on a defective piece of equipment and there is no one at USPS willing to help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT USPS that is not made of paper. They sell bad equipment that you will be stuck with and you'll be out the money you paid. I am beyond disappointed.
