- LSLeticia Sifuentes6 days ago1.0I’d like to commend this post office for its outstanding commitment to not answering phones. Your job isn’t hard, answer the phone, answer the question then hang up. Most people have time sensitive mail in the office. I’ve called since 10 am the office is about to close and never got an answer or call back. I’d like to note this post office is NEVER busy enough to not answer the phone. I’ve called 41 times throughout the day. My last call was at 4:00, they don’t close till 4:30 and not one person answered at least one call. I mean how qualified can they be if they can’t even work a phone…Employees here are pathetic. Why apply for a job you weren’t gonna do in the first place? 🙃

The postmaster was very combative and told me I don't know what it's like. I stated that I worked in the sorting factories and know what it's like. She said "we'll agree to disagree." She then said that me saying that I do not appreciate things being smashed in the box, left in the rain, and mud slung all over the box was "fishy." When I stated I was filing a complaint She said "don't worry, I'll include you on the complaint too, don't call back" and hung up. Very professional person there...
