- JMJerry MccallumFeb 3, 20261.0Went to this post office this morning trying to find out why I haven't received my mail in over a week. I was help by an Asian lady who instructed me to write down my address. A male by the name of Charles came to the next cashier window. The lady that was helping me tried to hand my information to him. Charles started screaming and yelling at this lady. This guy should not be working in customer service. There is a problem at this post office when your associates act this way. Reading other reviews, it seems to be the normal for this location. Management needs to address this concern immediately.

I arrived at 12:00 PM, and although the door was open and another customer was being helped, the employee yelled “WE ARE CLOSED” in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I politely explained that my situation was urgent and that I needed to send important documents. Her response was, “I don’t care, we are closed. You need to come back.” There was no courtesy, no explanation, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally. As a result, I was forced to drive 30 minutes to find another office in a different area—something that could have easily been avoided given the circumstances. This level of attitude and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Customer service requires basic respect, even when assistance cannot be provided. I wish I had the contact information to formally report this incident at the time. Because of this experience, I will not return to this office and do not recommend it. Very disappointing.

- KGK GOct 24, 20255.0The three post workers I have seen working at this location over the years have always been respectful. Some customers ask them to go beyond their job specifications. Most often they try to help and sometimes they are so busily overwhelmed, they can only try their best. You give them respect you get respect back. I am grateful that they recognize me as a frequent patron. They have allowed me to acquire my heavy packages past the side blue door. They have never in the 10 years of PO Box rental ever sent any packages back to senders. I fill out the proper paperwork online to let them when I go on vacation. They know my box may become full and hold my mail until I return.
