Dropped off a return, for Amazon, and the young man working the counter could not have been more dismissive or blase. I found myself rushing to get out of the store, and although I hoped my return was processed correctly, I did not feel comfortable even asking him questions. Next time I need a store close to my job, I will look elsewhere. This one is a hard no.

A senior representative (possibly a manager) helped me get started and then handed me off to another rep who patiently walked me through every step, even though the process took more than 20 minutes. She was incredibly helpful- she even called customer service proactively so they could verify my prints in real time and make sure everything was done correctly. I felt a bit uncomfortable since the store was getting busy, but she stayed calm, focused, and got everything handled efficiently. I didn’t get their names, but I want to give huge kudos and appreciation to both of them, especially the girl who assisted me. Thank you
