- GGgiliam01042 days ago1.0Slow service. They made us wait for almost an hour to get my 5 year old passport and then the lady gets mad for asking if she can use the restroom after such a long wait. Of course they made us go somewhere else for her to use the restroom. They passed two people before me even though I had an appointment. I recommend going somewhere else for your passport!

They need to list local #s too so you can get in touch with them immediately if your package says it was just delivered but it'll wasn't. They also need to follow or at least read or acknowledge delivery note requests. Come on USPS, follow delivery recommendations on Amazon deliveries because your paid to do that too!
