The first photo they took was rejected by the State Department because my head was the wrong size. When I returned to have it redone, the staff wanted to charge me again—even though their mistake caused the delay in my passport renewal. After I insisted several times that I should not have to pay for a redo, the employee finally called her manager. The second photo she handed me was also incorrect—it was cropped so tightly that my shoulders were completely cut out. When I pointed that out, she seemed annoyed. Eventually, she placed the corrected photo on the counter and said, “There you go!” before walking away. Customer service means everything, and unfortunately, the service I received here was unprofessional and frustrating.

No wait to moderate wait but always reasonable. Seems to me this store is well run, professional and attentive to customers. I used to operate a location, and this gets an A+ in my opinion
