  The employees and manager here are fantastic people and I will go out of my way to use this UPS location!!! Always friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

  Hours say open till 6:30. Looked up the hours before I left and drove over. Staff was there and would not let me and another customer in at 6:05. Please update correct business hours online if not correct, or have staff work until closing.

  In fairness, i feel the people who work at this location are always good and efficient - sometimes kind and patient, sometimes a little brusque, but still good. I'm a little cranky right now because i tried to call to ask them if they could do something there at that location or i had to take another approach, and there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to a human - you just get in an automated loop of menu options, none of which applied to my question. Pretty frustrating. i know they're often really busy there, but sometimes you just have to talk to a human. So the good customer service in store doesn't extend to the UPS Store's methods of contact.

  This morning was extremely busy & unfortunately for us we needed the Notary person to notarize a document. Sarah was at the bank & shopping so we waited 30 minutes. Needless to say we were perplexed that at 10 AM an employee decided to leave her job & do personal errands. Very unprofessional!!
