- SSSusan SkalakJul 11, 20225.0I went into the post office to get a post office box. The staff I met there were friendly and VERY HELPFUL. My order was quickly handled, everyone there was extremely nice and happy that I came by and that I would be using the post office. Several people came by to drop off packages and pick up mail the clerk greet each one by name. Happy to be using this post office!

- JMJohn MissigAug 14, 20191.0Was at the free union post office this morning to ship a large package to my soon to be born grandson. Was met by an African-American woman. Who greeted us (my wife and I) rudely. When it came to ship the item, the worker said you need to tape that. I said you don’t provide tape and shipping supplies. She said no again in a unhelpful and rude and discriminatory way. At which time I told the worker I would go to UPS where tape is free. She in a condescending tone replied have a good day. The post office is a mess, and should be out of business with the help of employees like this I wont be long. Clean up your act Free union post office. My $50 delivery is now on its way to California via UPS. Shame on your customer service.
