- RMRuss McNearApr 22, 20261.0This location is the poster child for why the entire USPS is failing across the country. There are a few very nice and polite employees but the rest of the folks I've interacted with are either rude or incompetent, or both. It's a crap shoot if you ever get anything out of them. And don't bother with submitting a complaint or claim online, they feign concern for your issue and then ghost you, leaving you to do their job and file a claim with whoever you ordered goods from and unfortunately used the USPS to try and send it to you. As a fellow federal employee, just why?

I've complained numerous times and still the same results, no changes. Someone needs to be fired asap!!!!!!

In both occasions, the agent "had an emergency" right before closing time on the day before the appointment and "there would be no one there for the appointment but I was encouraged to reschedule." Thanks for wasting a month of my time.
