  Went there for an amazon return. I normally use a ups drop off point.So when I walked in, I saw a u p s sign and went there and waited in line only to discover there was a separate amazon package drop off point on the other side of the store. They could improve the amazon signage greatly and save people time from waiting in the wrong line.

  Why on Earth is everything here many times if not more expensive than it should ever be I feel like I'm looking at a Skymall magazine I can't believe I'm in here buying paper for $16

  Very disappointing experience with Staples print service. The cutoff policy feels completely arbitrary and frustrating in practice. Even when there is clearly no workload in the store, orders placed shortly after the cutoff are automatically pushed to the next day with no consideration or flexibility. Came in person around 7 and still no attempt was made to check the queue or see if it could be completed. The process feels rigid, unhelpful and not focused on actual customer service. Simple jobs shouldn’t be delayed like this just because of an arbitrary cutoff rule.

  Normally, when I come to this establishment to make an Amazon return, I am greeted and treated very respectfully. However, today when I went in, that was not the case. I was the only person doing a return. The associate saw me standing there. Despite waiting for nearly 15 minutes, no one came over to help me process my return. In fact, a second associate, who was checking into her register, very coldly told me that it is Staples policy to take care of Staples people first, which is ridiculous and untrue. Plenty of times I have been in there when the associate has left the register, with waiting customers to process my or another person’s checking return. I had things to do, too, and as a result of having to wait for nearly 15 minutes, I was late picking up a child. This is totally unacceptable and, quite frankly, makes me not want to do business with them anymore, even shopping in their store. Although this is a one time occurrence, it left a bad taste. I was literally finished with my return in ONE MINUTE. Their lack of customer care and support for ONE MINUTE has cost them my business.
